We design and handcraft each piece in our Pacific Northwest based studio, using high quality metals and stones. We value the environment and sustainability, and we do not use animal products such as leather, pearls, etc. in our jewelry. We adhere strictly to our policies, so please familiarize yourself with them before purchasing our work. All relevant information can be found here or in the listings of the items themselves. Customer Service

Materials and Care
Handmade jewelry is artwork and should be treated as such to ensure its longevity. Avoid wet and strenuous activity while wearing jewelry and remove for swimming, showering, applying lotion, playing sports, hand washing, etc. To keep your piece looking its best please remove before bathing or swimming and avoid spraying perfumes, hairsprays or other chemicals as these may cause discoloration.

The inherent nature of metal causes silver and especially brass to develop a natural patina over time from exposure to oxygen and moisture from the skin. You can restore the luster on the surface of our metal pieces using a treated polishing cloth. The main metal we use in our designs is sterling silver, rarely we'll use jeweler's brass or gold-filled metals. Gold plated is 14k gold over brass and has a thicker layer of gold than gold plate. To preserve the look of jewelry, keep it clean and dry, and avoid any contact with chemicals.

Avoid contact with stones when using a polishing cloth. If a piece gets dirty, clean with a soft toothbrush and a paste of baking soda and water, or warm soapy water. Avoid contact with stones.

Shipping
Within the United States we offer flat rate shipping at $8.75 per order for USPS Priority Mail. Pieces ship within one week of order date. We do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to, please just send us an email at forestlilydesigns@gmail.com with your shipping address and we will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website.

Returns and Exchanges
Remember that pieces of artisan jewelry handmade with natural stones are delicate. Please refrain from vigorous, messy, or wet activity while wearing our pieces.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of receipt. Custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please print our return form and fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. Forestlily Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in its original condition.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first at forestlilydesigns@gmail.com and we will send you a return/exchange form to fill out and include with your item.

Repairs
We will repair items purchased within 30 days of purchase. Repairs required after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
