We design and handcraft each piece in our Pacific Northwest based studio, using high quality metals and stones. We value the environment and sustainability, and we purchase our materials (stones, tools, metals) from sources we trust. We adhere strictly to our policies, so please familiarize yourself with them before purchasing our work. Materials and Care
Handmade jewelry is artwork and should be treated as such to ensure its longevity. Avoid wet and strenuous activity while wearing jewelry and remove for swimming, showering, applying lotion, playing sports, hand washing, etc. To keep your piece looking its best please remove before bathing or swimming and avoid spraying perfumes, hairsprays or other chemicals as these may cause discoloration.

The inherent nature of metal causes silver and especially brass to develop a natural patina over time from exposure to oxygen and moisture from the skin. You can restore the luster on the surface of our metal pieces using a treated polishing cloth. The main metal we use in our designs is sterling silver, rarely we'll use jeweler's brass or gold-filled metals. Gold plated is 14k gold over brass and has a thicker layer of gold than gold plate. To preserve the look of jewelry, keep it clean and dry, and avoid any contact with chemicals.

Avoid contact with stones when using a polishing cloth. If a piece gets dirty, clean with a soft toothbrush and a paste of baking soda and water, or warm soapy water. Avoid contact with stones.

Within the United States we ship using USPS Priority Mail, based upon weight. You can choose to expedite shipping at customer's expense. Pieces ship within one week of order date, unless it's a "made to order/custom" order. We do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to, please just send us an email at jennifer@forestlilydesigns.com with your shipping address and we will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website. International shipping is typically around $25.00 + duty charges (if applicable). As you know, postal amounts are always on the rise, so any estimates can/will change.

You will receive a notification with your order tracking number when your order has shipped. We ensure all purchases over $100 on our own dime. Forestlily Designs cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. I do have ring sizers available on my website if you are unsure.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will repair items within 30 days of purchase. Repairs required after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes, there will be additional charges associated with a repair.
