Shipping
Shipping costs vary dependent on size of package, weight, & shipping expediency chosen by customer - it is typically somewhere between $4.50-$8.50 inside the United States. Pieces ship within one week of order date (unless item is Made to Order).

We do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to, please just send us an email at forestlilydesigns@gmail.com with your shipping address and we will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website. International shipping is typically around $30.00 + duty and/or tariff charges (if applicable). As you know, postal rates are always on the rise, so any estimates I've given can/will eventually change.

You will receive a notification with your order tracking number when your order has shipped. Forestlily Designs cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If the piece you've ordered is $100 or more, I provide shipping insurance on my own dime.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me at jennifer@forestlilydesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. There are ring sizers available for purchase here. There are also several more ring sizer options online.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
