This piece is part of our The Way Home Collection 2020.
Pathways radiate outward in many different directions and sometimes we get lost. This collection is about finding your way home. Some pieces will incorporate pine trees - which symbolize being grounded, deeply-rooted, nurtured by Mother Earth and able to withstand chaos and painful storms. Bending with the crosswinds, but not breaking. When fire burns them to ash, their seeds bloom from the devastation and give way to new life. There will be mountains to signify the return to self takes time, patience, guidance, resilience, strength, breath, food and water. The Way Home Collection is about accepting what is different within us as individuals and shining light into the dark places. Learning to trust ourselves, to let go of the past and to become unbound from our shame. Knowing we belong, we are worthy, and we are connected even when we feel alone.
The Way Home is in recognition and honor of those who are struggling. 10% of all sales will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
